The Solution
Compendium decided to customize a co-branded $25 Restaurant.com Gift Card to include in all direct mail marketing. They realized these cards would capture the recipients’ attention and catch their interest. These co-branded gift cards kept their name and branding in front of all recipients and reminded them of their business again when the recipients used the gift cards.  Due to Restaurant.com’s national Restaurant Partner base of over 18,000 locations, Compendium could use this one campaign across the board in every state.

The Results
The co-branded gift cards increased closing rates of all new business meetings by over 6%.  During these meetings, they often heard, “The Restaurant.com Gift Card was really creative and definitely got my attention!”  Due to the success of this experience with Restaurant.com, these co-branded gift cards have become standard in all of Compendium direct mail campaigns for customer retention and customer promotion.
